Payment Policy
Payment of Co-pays & Deductibles is expected the same day that services are rendered. Payment is accepted in the following ways:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Debit Card
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover Card
- American Express
**Their is a $75 fee for returned checks/NSF**
We reserve the right to refuse treatment, unless emergent, if payment is not received.
