We will be hosting a new location in Warren at 30801 Schoenherr Road (13 Mile and Schoenherr adjacent to McDonald's) at Premier Health and Wellness Center. This will house the second location for Midwest Family Practice in Warren.
The new Premier Health and Wellness Center will offer state of the art medical services including our new Midwest Family Practice medical facility, a Retail Pharmacy with Drive Thru Service and Mail Order Pharmacy with delivery services right to your doorsteps. Dr. Awada's sister, Dr. Monica Assad will be in the same facility at Sparkle Dental Office. Metroplex Pain Management and Complete Physical Therapy Services are available onsite for chronic pain management, arthritis and various forms of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Specialized Strengthening and Expert Weight Loss programs will be featured as special services. A Cyber Coffee Cafe with a touch of new wave 'inter-continental' Middle-Eastern Cuisine serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a Complete Juice Bar will spark the interest of our patrons. Welcome to our new facility. Projected Grand Opening date is April 1, 2012.
